Designed a scalable CRM platform serving 50,000+ customers and built a company-wide design system. Created a unified B2B/B2C platform that brought multiple tenants into one seamless experience.
Led the design of the PHIX mobile, improving usability and navigation. Collaborated closely with developers to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and ensure seamless implementation.
